Cauliflower and Lentil Curry的做法  

1. 烤花菜 (oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, little salt and pepper, toss it and bake 210C 40min )

2. one yellow onion and three cloves of garlic.
   saute in the pan.

3. add spices: 1tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin coriander cinnamon & salt.
   

4. stir

5. can diced tomato

6. fresh tomatoes

7. coconut milk

8. add the cauliflower

9. add cooked lentils and spinach

10. stir

11. done

12. Serve with rice
