马蹄 water chestnut | 1斤 500g |
茅根 couch grass root | 1包 1 pack |
冰糖 rock sugar | 1把 1 handful |
马蹄茅根水 Water Chestnut Couch Grass Root Drink的做法
把马蹄削皮,茅根洗净,除掉多余杂质
Peel the water chestnut and wash the couch grass root, removing any impurities把茅根和马蹄放入锅内,加入清水。大火烧开后,转小火煮一小时。
Put the water chestnut and couch grass root into a pot and add water. Bring water to boil on high heat and then turn down to low heat and cook for an hour加入一把冰糖(或者根据自己的口味调整),关火搅拌后便能装罐里
Add in a handful of rock sugar (adjust according to your taste), turn off the heat and pour into container after stirring
