In retrospect, drumsticks and mashed potatoes are two of the most important kinds of food in my high school. They are not the top delicacy, but memorable. This recipe is changed from the textbook on cooking a textbook of culinary fundamentals, 431 page recipe of 5th Edition. It's an alternative aftertaste of my high school food

鸡汤浓汤chicken stock | 480ml |
土豆potato | 1个 |
牛奶milk | 16g |
黄油2 butter2 | 8g |
鸡汁烤鸡腿鸡翅土豆泥#Baked chicken drumsticks and wings with mashed potatoes and natural pan gravy#的做法
用盐和白胡椒给鸡翅和鸡腿调味
Season the chicken wings and drumsticks with salt and pepper .在鸡腿和鸡翅表面均匀地涂上一层黄油,放在烤盘上,下垫一层锡纸
Spread a layer of butter evenly on the surface of the chicken wings and legs, put a layer of tin papaer on the baking pan and place the chicken wings and legs on it带烤盘放置到烤箱中,以230℃的温度烤制20分钟,翻面,再烤制20分钟
Put the pan in the oven, bake at 230℃ for 20 minutes, turn over and bake for another 20 minutes.取一块老母鸡味浓汤块,烧水煮开(不嫌麻烦的朋友可以自制高汤)
Take a piece of chicken soup and boil it with boiling water将烤制好的鸡翅和鸡腿取出,放到鸡汤中小火煮5分钟
Take out the roasted chicken legs and wings, put them into the chicken soup and cook for 5 minutes土豆洗净削皮切块,放到锅里蒸至变软,大概15分钟

Mash the potatoes with an eggbeater加入牛奶、黄油2、少量盐和少量白胡椒,打发至均匀,表面光滑,盛盘
Add milk, butter2, a small amount of salt and white pepper, continue to whisk until smooth and even. Then dish.将鸡腿鸡翅捞出,摆盘,浇上一点鸡汤,美味的烤鸡腿鸡翅土豆泥就大功告成了
take out the chicken legs and wings,put them over the mushed potatoes and pour some chicken soup on them. The delicious dish is done.最后是忘了合照迫不及待吃完,只能补和剩下土豆泥的合照
