zucchinis, cut into noodle shapes | 2 medium |
Baked tofu | 1 cup |
tahini | 5 tbsp |
fresh lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
garlic, minced | 1 clove |
nutritional yeast | 4 tbsp |
maple syrup | 2 tsp |
soy sauce | 3 tsp |
dried turmeric | 1/2 tsp |
water, start with less, gradually add more | 1/4 - 1/2 cup |
Tahini Zucchini Noodle的做法
For baked tofu: Chop tofu into cubes, drizzle with salt & pepper. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Blend all sauce ingredients together in a blender. Stir in water, as needed, to create desired consistency.
Toss together the noodles, tofu and sauce, starting with a little sauce, adding more as you go.
Add any toppings and serve at room temp.
