1h Zucchini Bolognese Penne的做法
Chop onion and zucchini
Olive oil in, onion in, till you can smell something changes
Zucchini in
Keep stirring occasionally till the zucchini's half ripe
Set vegs to another side, put a little olive oil then the mince
Mince has changed colour, sauce in
Put about 60 ml water, boil the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes
You can start boiling penne, don't forget the salt.
5 mins later... cheese in
Keep boil it, stir if it gets burnt
Until there's no visible liquid
It's v important to drain penne well
Zest some cheese and sprinkle the spice.
