Condensed milk 15g [or 5 - 10 g sugar]

3. with running cheese and custard filling

Coconut cream 75g

80g glutinous rice flour
20g corn starch
160ml milk
80g granulated sugar
10g vegetable oil

用料  

glutinous rice flour (100 g) 13 tbsp + 1 tsp
- 2 tbsp of flour instead)
cornstarch (25 g) 3.125 tbsp
sugar (25 g) 2 tbsp + 1/4 tsp
condensed milk (25 g) 1tbsp +3/4 tsp
milk (185 g)
oil (25 g) 1.78 tbsp
