Unsalted Butter | 200 g |
Caster Sugar | 120 g |
Vanilla Essence | 1 Tsp |
Milk | 4 Tbsp |
Egg | 4 Units |
Mashed Ripe Banana | 450 g |
Salt | 1 g |
Plain Flour | 250 g |
Baking Powder | 1 Tsp |
Baking Soda | 1 Tsp |
Roasted Nuts / Chocolate | 1/2 Cup |
Extra Banana | 50 g |
Cream Butter & Sugar till fluffy
Add in Vanilla Essence & Milk
Add in 4 eggs 1 by 1, mashed banana & salt
Sieve in all the flour, baking powder & baking soda
Fold in the nuts / chips, do not overmixed the batter
This is how I roast my nuts, I'm using pecan in this recipeLayer the batter & extra banana into 8" mould / separate then in few small mould (Aluminium / Non-stick) mould also can as long as butter the inner mould
Baked them at 160° degree Celsius for an hour (Depends on the individual oven)
