中式烤排骨&番茄肉酱意面CHINESE BARBECUED SPARERIBS& Spaghetti Bolognese的做法
将排骨架子切成单独的肋条,然后将它们放在烤盘的架子上。 在300°F(150°C)下烤45分钟。Cut the sparerib racks into individual ribs and arrange them on a rack in a baking pan. Roast for 45 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
将蒜、姜、番茄酱、海鲜酱、红酒、酱油、蜂蜜混合成酱。Mix garlic, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, red wine, ginger and honey into a sauce.
用酱轻轻刷排骨。然后烤30分钟 Brush the spareribs lightly with the sauce. Roast for 30 minutes more.
转动排骨翻面,并用更多的酱刷。 烤大约30分钟,直到肋骨变黄。Turn the spareribs and brush with more sauce. Roast until the ribs are well browned, approximately 30 minutes.
